BC Museum of Mining, Britannia Beach, BC
This fine old building is located in one of the most significant industrial pieces of architecture in the Province. The Museum needed assistance in determining its planning options and priorities, as well as re-defining an internal communications structure. In a workshop setting, Ian drafted a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis, and submitted recommendations which have been implemented. |

This industry group was in need of a make-over to expand and provide better services to its members. With associate consultant Robert Ballantyne, a highly regarded expert in governance issues, Ian co-directed a review of the organization, and wrote a report on restructuring PMIA - and defined an annual (updateable) Plan of Action. |
